THE AUTHORS STUDY ON THE OPTIMUM APPLICATION OF CRYOGENIC FREEZING OF FISH. ALSO SCOPE EXIST FOR CRYOGENIC FREEZE-DRYING OPERATION FOR SENSITIVE PRODUCTS. INTEGRATED CRYOGENIC FREEZING AND DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WILL DEPEND ON THE AVAILABILITY OF LIQUID NITROGEN AT THE RIGHT PLACE AND AT THE RIGHT PRICE. THIS CAN BE ACHIEVED BY INSTALLATION OF LOW PURITY OXYGEN PLANT FOR SEWAGE TREATMENT OR FISH FARMING AND UTILIZATION OF BY-PRODUCT, LIQUID NITROGEN, FOR FREEZING, DISTRIBUTION AND FREEZE-DRYING OPERATION.
