Summary
Three treatments were compared. Loquats were dried, then wrapped with film and stored in an artificial climate box at a temperature of less than 10 °C. Storage life after the 2nd treatment was 30 days, with no effect on eating quality while maintaining a fine fruit grade of 85.7%.
