Summary
This article describes a new effective heat transfer temperature difference expression for variable fluid property which is verified by numeric simulation of a carbon dioxide gas cooler. The authors state that correlated models for the cooled carbon dioxide supercritical heat transfer were used to simulate the gas cooler.
