Summary

The outdoor heat exchanger of the heat pump type pure electric bus is easy to frost in winter, wich leads to the degradation of the air conditionning system performance. In view of this situation, a new generation of refrigerant R1234yf was used to build a heat pump type air conditionning system test-bed for pure electric buses. The superheat of the main valve is set to 5K, and the superheat of the gulp valve is set to 8K, 10K, 12K, respectively. By the experiement of frosting characteristics, the variation characteristics of evaporation temperature, heat capacity, COP and frosting time under frosting conditions were studied. The experimental results show that the higher the superheat of the gulp valve, the lower the evaporation temperature; When the superheat degree of the gulp valve increases, the heating capacity increases, but the COP of the system decreases.
