The paper consists of a comparative table of about 20 characteristics of 5 pure fluids and 7 mixtures proposed by the main manufacturers of CFC substitutes. Are indicated: denomination, current manufacturer in France, replaced fluid, composition, ozone depletion potential, index of contribution to the greenhouse effect, critical temperature and pressure, boiling temperature, specific heat, inflammability, toxicity, evaluation of the variation of the compressed gas temperature, of the volumetric refrigerating capacity and of the COP, compared to corresponding values for the replaced fluid, modifications to the installations required by the substitution, available oils, list of compressor manufacturers assuring compatibility, existence of new installations or projects scheduled for use of the considered fluid and the application field.
