Superbowl lobster feasts: live storing to earn retail prices.

Summary

Some 25,000 lb. of live Atlantic lobsters is placed in 640 trays stacked in the trailer. A computerised spray of water held at 2 deg C is turned on over each eight ft. long section of the trailer for ten minutes at a time to keep the lobsters in prime condition-cold and moist. About 100 gallons a minute are sprayed and cold air is also blown between the body and the GRP liner.
