Summary

THE TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF THE COMPLEX PERMITTIVITY AND ELECTRIC CONDUCTIVITY ARE INVESTIGATED. PHASE TRANSITIONS OF THE ORDER-DISORDER TYPE ARE OBSERVED, IN THE VICINITY OF WHICH ANOMALIES OF PERMITTIVITIES AND CONDUCTIVITY OCCUR. AN ANALYSIS REVEALS THAT THE PHASE TRANSITION IS CONNECTED WITH DISORDERING OF THE FLUORINE IONS AND A TRANSITION OF THE SUPERION STATE TAKES PLACE. THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS CAN BE EXPLAINED QUALITATIVELY ON THE BASIS OF THE POTTS MODEL WITH NONMAGNETIC IMPURITIES WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE MOLECULAR FIELD APPROXIMATION.
