Summary

Following a request from Krav (the Swedish association in charge of promoting and testing ecologically grown produce) and LRF (the Swedish Growers' Federation), LUI Marknadsinformation, the survey and marketing organization, has performed a consumer survey. The aim of this survey was to describe Swedish consumers' profile and attitude to ecologically grown produce. In Sweden, almost all ecologically grown produce carries the Frav label; a survey on Krav products practically equals a survey on all ecologically grown produce.
