Summary
The Minworth factory is refrigerated with open drive compressors running on KLEA 66 and some details are given of the start-up of this plant. Earlier tests confirmed that this refrigerant is a stable blend and the COP is comparable if not better than R22. Other Cadbury plants have been converted to KLEA 66. G.R.S.
