Summary

IN THE FIELD OF PROCESS AND QUALITY DEVELOPMENT THE INDUSTRY HAS DEVELOPED POSSIBILITIES OF REDUCING LOSSES AND STORAGE LIFE DETERMINATION REGARDING QUALITY PRESERVATION AS ALSO THE ORGANISATION AND TECHNOLOGY OF GOODS HANDLING. IN THE PRODUCTION OF FROZEN FOODS A NUMBER OF IMPROVEMENTS WERE MADE IN THE TRANSPORT OF BERRIES FOR FREEZING AND FROZEN STORAGE, A NEW CONTAINER FOR BERRIES HAS BEEN DEVELOPED AND A NEW PROCESS OF TRAY FORMING AND CEREAL PRODUCTS FREEZING HAS BEEN LAUNCHED. A CONTRIBUTION TO THE CONVENIENCE FOOD MARKET ARE FROZEN POTATO PIZZAS.
