Comparison, during 10 days of storage at 2 or 28 deg C, of the growth rate of Moraxella, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Alcaligenes, Aeromonas and Vibrio in sardine flesh. The bacteria proved to be of a facultative psychrophile nature.
