DIFFERENT COOLING CURVES OBTAINED FOR LABELLED SOLUTION AND LABELLED BILAYER MEMBRANE REVEAL DETAILED TEMPERATURE CHANGES IN THE MEMBRANE DUE TO THE RELEASE OF LATENT HEATS.
