Summary
The paper discusses the possibilities of using a new procedure for eco-energy examination at meat processing enterprises. These methods take into account the whole spectrum of energy outlays in calculating the TEWI. It has been suggested to use reduced (dimensionless) coefficients which take into account specific carbon dioxide emission at minimum sufficient energy outlays for cold processing of meat.
