BY USING COOLING CYCLES, THE OVERALL WORK REQUIRED FOR COMPRESSION PROCESSES CAN BE REDUCED. IF THE CONDENSATION TEMPERATURE OF THE COOLING CYCLE IS INCREASED, THE WASTE HEAT OF THIS CYCLE CAN BE USED FOR HEATING. THE AUTHORS SHOW THE POSSIBLE SAVINGS OF PRIMARY ENERGY AND THE EXTENT TO WHICH 6 FLUOROCARBONS ARE ADAPTED TO THESE PROCESSES. THE RESULTS ARE COMPARED.
