FINALLY, CONSIDERATION IS GIVEN TO THE PROBLEMS OF DECIDING THE APPROPRIATE TEMPERATURE OR TEMPERATURES FOR DISTRIBUTION OF PRODUCE, AND OF CHOOSING BETWEEN REFRIGERATED AND CONVENTIONAL DISPLAYS IN STORE, AND BETWEEN FREE-FLOW AND PREPACKAGING.
