THE METHOD FOR DEHYDRATING ALGINIC ACID BY PRESSURE AND VACUUM CENTRIFUGATION OF THE GEL OF THIS ACID IS DESCRIBED. THE PROCESS INCLUDES A DECREASE IN THE FREEZINGTEMPERATURE OF THE GEL, INCREASING THE AMOUNT OF LIQUID REMOVED AFTER THAWING. THE DEHYDRATION PERCENTAGE OF THE PRODUCT REACHES 70%. R.R.
