Summary
The effect of temperature (8 and 15 °C) and perforated (0.0008%) polyethylene packaging on quality and storability of breaker and red pepper fruits was studied. The weight losses of fruits stored in polyethylene perforated packages were 5-20 times lower than in unpacked ones. Using perforated polyethylene packaging retarded colouring in breaker fruits.
