DUE TO THE IMPROVED BOILING AND CONDENSATION CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS TYPE OF TUBE, THE HEAT TRANSFER COEFFICIENT IS 2.5 TO 3 TIMES BETTER THAN THAT OF A PLAIN TUBE, WHILE THE PRESSURE DROP IS THE SAME.
