Summary
PENG-ROBINSON'S EQUATION OF STATE WAS SELECTED FOR THE CALCULATION AND ANALYSIS OF A TYPICAL COOLING CYCLE WITH PURE R22 OR R22-R114 MIXTURES AT DIFFERENT CONCENTRATIONS. THE RESULT SHOWS THAT THE SUITABLE SELECTION OF A BINARY COMPONENT AND CONCENTRATION IS IMPORTANT FOR SAVING ENERGY. UNDER THE TEST CONDITIONS, THE R22-R114 MIXTURE AT THE CONCENTRATION OF 0.9 R22 AND 0.1 R114 IS PROPOSED AS THE WORKING MEDIUM.
