Thermodynamic properties of R23-R116 azeotropic mixture.

Summary

New measurements of critical parameters, saturated vapour pressure, saturated-liquid and saturated-vapour densities, and PVT-data for the superheated vapours of the R23-R116 azeotropic mixture (46-54 mass%) are presented. Saturated vapour pressure, saturated-liquid and saturated-vapour densities were measured over a temperature range from -40 to 10 deg C. PVT data for the superheated vapours were obtained on the isotherms and on the isochores over a temperature range from 10 to 60 deg C and a pressure range from 800 to 7350 kilopascals. The obtained results have been used for developing coefficients for a modified Martin-Hou equation of state and calculating the thermodynamic properties.
