Summary

A tour of 20 houses found a high level of satisfaction among users. All believed that their costs could be properly controlled with a device that is used like a television remote control. Purchasing was motivated by the expectation of a high level of comfort, even at a similar level of operating costs. In no case was the device bought only for summer comfort, although it is used for that purpose.
