Use of absorption columns to avoid ammonia leakage from machinery rooms.

Summary
A large-scale laboratory test rig for absorption of ammonia from ammonia-air mixtures was built. Results from the test rig indicate that close to 100 percent of the ammonia may be absorbed in a packed column. This column is described and detailed results are given.
