AIR-COOLED AND WATER-COOLED CONDENSERS WERE COMPARED IN A SLAUGHTERHOUSE IN EASTERN SIBERIA. CONDENSATION TEMPERATURE IN THEAIR-COOLED CONDENSER VARIED GREATLY OVER THE COURSE OF THE CALENDER YEAR (AS A FUNCTION OF THE OUTDOOR TEMPERATURE) ; ONLY IN JULY WAS IT HIGHER THAN THAT OF THE WATER-COOLED CONDENS ENERGY SAVINGS USING AN AIR-COOLED CONDENSER AMOUNTED TO 20% OF YEARLY USAGE.
