Summary

THE JUNIOR CATERING ENTERPRISE PROVIDES MEALS TO ABOUT 180,000 SCHOOLCHILDREN AND OLD-AGE PENSIONERS. THE RESULTS AND POSSIBILITIES OF THE UTILIZATION OF MICROWAVE TECHNOLOGY IN THE PRACTICE OF COMMUNAL FEEDING ARE DESCRIBED. THE MAIN OBSTACLE TO GENERAL USE OF MICROWAVE TREATMENT IN HUNGARY IS THAT NONE OF THE NECESSARY MATERIAL IS AVAILABLE.
