Type of article: Article
Summary
In order to avoid microprocessor overheating as well as generalized ventilation of all the computer cards, a miniaturized heat sink was designed by a company. It is composed of an aluminium radiator with a microventilator at the top of it. This whole system is screwed into the part to be cooled down. The market, shared with a Japanese competitor, is secured for at least two years. J.L.
