THE AUTHOR PRESENTS A METHOD FOR CALCULATING ABSOLUTE WEIGHT LOSSES IN FOOD PRODUCTS, IN COLD ROOMS WITH DIFFERENT COOLING SYSTEMS, WHICH TAKES INTO ACCOUNT THE LOADING OF THE COLD ROOM. IT IS SHOWN THAT THE FOOD WEIGHT LOSSES DECREASE LINEARLY WITH LOAD. USING A DIMENSIONLESS A COEFFICIENT, THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN WEIGHT LOSS DECREASE ON THE ONE HAND, THE LOAD AND COOLING SYSTEM ON THE OTHER HAND, CAN BE ANALYSED WITHOUT ERROR. C.C.
