IIR document
A basic study on CO2 heat pumps especially for hot tap water supply.
Author(s) : SAIKAWA M., HASHIMOTO K., HASEGAWA H., IWATSUBO T., STRAUB J.
Summary
The authors calculated COP of CO2 heat pump cycle for hot tap water supply and studied the characteristics of the cycle. They also installed a CO2 heat pump experimental loop in their Yokosuka Research Laboratory for investigating the cycle behaviour and the heat transfer under super critical condition. They report the results of the cycle calculations and the preliminary experimental results of the cycle behaviour.
