IIR document

A round robin project on the transport properties of R134a.

Author(s) : ASSAEL M. J., WAKEHAM W. A.

Type of article: Article, IJR article

Summary

The project aims to investigate the large discrepancies between the results reported by various authors for the viscosity and thermal conductivity of R134a. The investigation aims to uncover the reason or reasons for these discrepancies by means of new measurements of the properties of a single sample in nine or more laboratories throughout the world. The use of a single sample permits a test of the hypothesis that at least a part of the differences reported arises from sample purity.
