Author(s) : WESTERCAMP P., CHAPON J. F.
Type of article: Article
Summary
Successful storage depends on a set of factors related to the growing, harvesting and warehousing stages. Quick chilling following harvest, as well as storage in a well-ventilated cold room at 0 deg C, are important for the maintenance of grape quality. Installing a sulphur dioxide source inside the packaging helps ensure grape quality through prolonged storage.
