Application of ammonia instead of other refrigerants.

Summary
Most techniques applied in Russian refrigerating enterprises need to be replaced. If we must do it we must use ammonia low-capacity systems. We already have the conditions required to create ammonia low-capacity systems operating at secondary refrigerant 100-300 kW capacity that are similar to foreign ones. The second direction of ammonia application is quick freezing of food products. Now we see a revival of a Russian refrigerating industry. Many new enterprises (producers of refrigerating equipment) have appeared. But these enterprises must have skilled professional staff during all stages of refrigerating installation creation, from design to exploitation.
