Summary

Italian translation of an article presented at the IIR Meeting, in Stockholm (Sweden), August 1990 (see IIR Bulletin, reference 1992-3032). Considering that in heat production heat pumps are possible solutions to reduce the demand of fossil energy as well as emissions of carbon dioxide, R&D work in the Federal Republic of Germany is concentrated on the development of environmentally acceptable fluids and mixtures with improved energy efficiency. Within the joint DKV R&D program the development of binary and ternary non-azeotropic mixtures composed of R23, R134a and R152a is discussed and first results are presented.
