Summary
This collective research programme is managed by the members of the centre. Every three years, the scientific and technical committee, which includes members of the industry (elected members) and representatives of the technical steering committees (also members of the industry), examines and defines major strategic directions. The current major directions are: raw materials and ingredients; production, packaging and distribution; food safety; consumer expectations; food diet and health; regulations; transfer of information.
