Carbon dioxide-hydrocarbon blends as alternative refrigerants.
[In German. / En allemand.]
Author(s) : HESSE U., ARNEMANN H.
Type of article: Article
Summary
It is shown that blends of these 2 components are good options. They are mutually soluble, and properties of blends can be determined easily. Flammability can be reduced, but eliminated only if the proportion of carbon dioxide is very high.
