Summary
The flesh firmness of fruits held at room temperature or in cold storage decreased to a low level after storage for 40 or 130 days, respectively. The contents of acid, starch, free sugars, ascorbic acid and CO2 production were studied as well as ethylene content and internal ethylene production.
