Summary
This article presents the thermophysical characteristics of of a binary water/ethanol mixture. The thermal properties of a single-phase and a two-phase mixture are compared. A simple example of the thermal and hydraulic behaviour of single-phase/two-phase flow of a mixture in a tube is given.
