Summary

Grapes cv. Tardia de Caxias and Dona Zilá were stored at -1.0, -0.5 or 0.5 °C at 97% RH. Grapes stored at -0.5 °C were also exposed to 93% RH, and at 97% RH were also treated with SO2 CaCl2 or CO2 (5 kPa throughout the storage period or 20 kPa for 24 h every week). Grapes were evaluated after 35 days of storage and 2 days under ambient conditions. Results are discussed.
