COMPARATIVE STUDY OF HUMAN LYMPHOCYTES SEPARATED BY FICOLL-VEROGRAPHIN OR BY CELLTRIFUGE AND FROZEN BY LINEAR OR TWO-STEP METHOD.

Author(s) : KLEN R., HEGER J., ZAYDLAR K.

Summary

AFTER LINEAR FREEZING, THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE QUANTITY OF SURVIVING HUMAN LYMPHOCYTES BETWEEN THE FICOLL-VEROGRAPHIN SEPARATION METHOD AND SEPARATION BY MEANS OF CELLTRIFUGE UNIT. THE EFFICIENCY OF THE TWO-STEP METHOD IS LINKED TO THE SEPARATION PROCESS. BETTER RESULTS ARE OBTAINED WITH SEPARATION BY MEANS OF THE CELLTRIFUGE UNIT.
