Summary

COMPARISON FOR 9 TYPICAL HEAT PUMP CYCLES CORRESPONDING TO THREE EVAPORATION TEMPERATURES: 323, 333 AND 343 K (50, 60 AND 70 DEG C) AND THREE CONDENSATION TEMPERATURES: 353, 373 AND 403 K (80, 100 AND 130 DEG C). THE MAIN MAGNITUDES DETERMINING THE SELECTION OF THE REFRIGERANT ARE COMPARED (CRITICAL TEMPERATURE, PRESSURE, COP, VOLUMETRIC HEAT PRODUCTION, COMPRESSION RATIO, TEMPERATURE AT THE END OF COMPRESSION). THIS MAKES IT POSSIBLE TO DEFINE THE DOMAINS OF APPLICATION ADVISABLE FOR EACH COMPARED REFRIGERANT. J.R.
