SEVERAL VARIETIES OF FRENCH BREAD PIZZA ARE FROZEN IN A CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE PACK, STORED AND THEN MARKETED FOR 14 DAYS AT A TEMPERATURE OF 276 TO 277 K (3.3 TO 4.4 DEG C). THE FROZEN PRODUCT MAY BE STORED FOR UP TO 6 MONTHS, AND THE PACK RETAINS ITS ATMOSPHERE BY USING A 3PLY LAMINATE OF POLYOLEFIN, ETHYLENE VINYL ALCOHOL AND POLYESTER. G.R.S.
