Summary

THE AUTHOR CONSIDERS THAT THE PRESENCE OF BELLADONNA BERRIES IN FROZEN GREEN BEANS WOULD BE QUITE UNUSUAL, DUE TO THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PLANT, ITS ORDINARY HABITAT AND THE CARE GENERALLY BROUGHT TO FOOD CROPS IN THE OPEN FIELD. THIS BERRY CANNOT BE CONFUSED WITH BLACK NIGHTSHADE (SOLANUM NIGRUM), A CASUAL PLANT PRESENT WITH EXCESSIVE FREQUENCY. THE PRESENCE, IN FROZEN FOODS PREPARED WITH MECHANICALLY HARVESTED PLANT, OF BERRIES, OTHER FRUIT AND ANY TOXIC OR UNDESIRABLE PLANT, CAN BE PREVENTED.
