Summary

The results of research and tests in the field of food transport by refrigerated trucks, equipped with nitrogen refrigeration systems are given. This type of transport has advantages in medium-distance urban and interurban conditions. The nitrogen refrigeration system is described and the results under different conditions is compared. The advantages of manufacturing liquid nitrogen in different regions of Russia are outlined. C.C.
