Summary
In the first part of paper (TCHK, n° 11-12/2009) the composition data for "service blends" has been given and their application range has been described, especially as replacements for R22. These drop-in refrigerants may be an interesting cost-effective alternative instead of the full retrofit to HFC refrigerants, because there is no need to replace oil and main components of the refrigerating system. The bibliography for all parts of paper has been also included. The third part deals with the thermodynamic properties and application of zeotropic blends R417A, R419A, R424A and R434A.
