Summary
Storage and processing characteristics of the newly released Indian potato cv. Kufri Chipsona-1 and Kufri Chipsona-2 were compared with 2 American cultivars and the standard Indian processing. The newly released cultivars had the best processing and keeping quality, and could be stored at 10-12 °C with CIPC treatment for at least 8 weeks before being used for processing after reconditioning.
