Summary

Uniform fruits free from blemishes and injury were packed in polyethylene pouches and stored at room temperature (28 °C and 80% RH), in an evapocooling chamber (26 °C and 90% RH) and in a refrigerator (20 °C and 90% RH). Quality and shelf life were evaluated through the following points: weight loss, total soluble solids, acidity, reducing sugar content, total sugars, ascorbic acid and anthocyanin content.
