Summary

Minimally processed cabbage packed in 2 types of polyolefin bags under modified atmosphere (5% O2, 5% CO2 or 10% O2, 5% CO2) was stored at 5 or 10°C. The cabbage stored in polyolefin multilayer film under 10% O2 and 5% CO2 conditions at 5°C was of the highest quality of samples investigated.
