THE AUTHOR HAS USED AN ELECTROPHORESIS METHOD TO IDENTIFY CHICKEN MEAT PRETREATED WITH IRRADIATION. THE SUSCEPTIBILITY OF PROTEINS TO DIFFERENT IRRADIATION DOSES WAS STUDIED, AS WELL AS THE ELECTROPHORETIC PROFILE OF MEAT PROTEINS DURING STORAGE AT 277 K (4 DEG C).
