Summary

The two volumes of this guide (see also this Bulletin, reference 2003 - 1636) consider the implementation of equipment designed for tropical countries and for rational use of energy resources. This second volume deals with the various operations that can be undertaken to improve a building's energy efficiency. It presents the traditional technical approach, along with the concept of energy performance in building maintenance contracts.
