FIVE STRAINS OF ESCHERICHIA COLI AND FIVE OF YERSINIA ENTEROCOLITICA WERE GROWN IN STERILE MILK AT 295 AND 277 K (22 AND 4 DEG C). THEIR GROWTH IS IDENTICAL WHATEVER THE TEMPERATURE.
