Summary

STAYMAN RED APPLES, PASSE CRASSANE PEARS AND FEMMINELLO LEMONS WERE POSTHARVEST TREATED WITH IPRODIONE AT 0.05 AND 0.07% ACTIVE INGREDIENT. DURING REFRIGERATED STORAGE, THE RESIDUES WERE ANALYZED. BOTH THE INITIAL QUANTITY OF THE DEPOSIT AND ITS BREAKDOWN SEEM TO BE AFFECTED BY THE SPECIES. IN ALL THE ANALYSES CARRIED OUT, THE AMOUNT OF THE RESIDUE PROVED TO BE LESS THAN HALF OF THE MAXIMUM ACCEPTED LEVEL IN ITALY, WHICH IS 5 PPM.
