Summary

In 1993, the development of the European "Hygiene" directive changed the landscape of the regulations concerning the hygiene of foodstuffs. Because this directive must be registered in French law, new French decrees were elaborated; this is the case in particular for the transport decree dated July 1998 and the storage decrees dated April 1996 and July 1998. This European directive is being modified and this file starts with a review of the progress report for this new European project.
